Hi! My name is Violet Beauregard and I am almost 7 years old. I am a beautiful ball of fluff that will need regular brushing to keep me from getting matted. My eyes are a stunning shade of green. I am new to the shelter and super shy right now. I will not let staff handle or touch me as I am still adjusting after being abandoned at the shelter. Multiple visits will be required for anyone interested in taking me home to make sure it is the best fit and to let me warm up to any potential adopters. My staff are hoping I will come out of my shell and let my true self shine! I have not been tested with other cats or dogs. Hi! I`m Penelope (A.K.A Penny) and I`m 4 years old. I`m very sweet but am still adjusting to the shelter so you may hear me hiss at the other kitties around me. When I first came to the shelter, I was not happy and nobody could touch me. But with time and patience, I am showing more and more of just how sweet and loving I can be!! I will rub on staff`s legs and seek out head pets. I love attention and snuggles but on my terms. I do not like being put into carriers very much, so when taking me home it is expected I may regress a little bit. I need an experienced cat owner who will be patient with me as I adjust to a new home and a new life. Once I adjust, I am as sweet as can be. I deserve a second chance! I lived with another cat in my previous home but I don`t seem to like them very much here. I have not been dog tested, but staff guesses I will not be a fan of them either.
